The ARRIS SB6141 is the best selling cable modem of all time. In short, the main reason is that it was built to work with most cable providers. Most importantly, it was made for lower-end Internet plans which most households use today.  Above all, the ARRIS SB6141 is for consumers with internet speeds of 100 Mbps or lower. However, I only recommend it for use with 50 Mbps or lower. The 8×4 channel bonding is kind of outdated and other modems with more download channels can run faster.
